What’s that you say, new BEENS? Can it be true?! YES! Rob sent me a 128kbps version of their newest remix that’s getting on their EP (there’s no official date yet but should be announced any day here). It’s an epic remix of Wazabi’s Optimus Prime with a nicely compressed drum and with some dirty synths layered over, I really like it!

This Awesome (with a capital A) trio, BEENS, coming from Germany, hit my mailbox with some tracks today. I was at school when the message came from Robert and I had to burst into our IT-class right after it : ) If you aren’t familiar with BEENS, shame on you.
I first ran into them on one of Grum’s livesets, if I recall, he used their tracks Rebels and Rotor and I fell in love instantly. I can’t find any artists to compare them with, they’ve got such an unique sound. Listen!
